Are you ready to book my services? Please contact me by filling out and submitting the the form on the Contact page, including your wedding date. I must receive the form before your dates will be reserved on my calender. Your booking will not be official until you receive confirmation (usually done the same day you send the Contact form) back from me that your date is available and reserved.
Once you are ready to ship your envelopes/materials, a 50% deposit (non-refundable) will be due. If you prefer to pay your deposit in advance before shipping your order to me you may do so as well. See below for acceptable payment options. Please also include your guest list (Word Document preferred) along with any other documentation or instructions you might have for me. You may also email your guest list to me.

A deposit is due when I send you your contract. I will send you an invoice, and you can pay online from that, or send a check, made out to VCalligraphy. When your order is complete I will email you with the remaining balance that will include (priority shipping ~ 2 to 3 days) shipping charges back to you (if you are not local). If you prefer a faster shipping method be used please just let us know. All balances must be received before envelopes can be mailed back to the customer.
