Calligraphy Form

Please complete the form below and send back to reserve your date. I will reply within 24 hours to confirm your dates are available. Once you are ready to ship your order please include a 50% deposit and 15-20% extra materials. A confirmation will be sent to the customer upon receiving shipment. Final payment is due before completed job is returned to the customer. 

* I recommend booking in advance or as soon as you know you would like to use my services. Please note you do not have to know all the details to book your dates. For example font choice, ink color,  etc can be figured out later as long as I have your dates reserved on our calender. Thanks!

* If your envelopes are shimmer, I will need a sample to test. Shimmer envelopes are tricky, some work with ink, and some don't (sometimes the ink runs or doesn't stick).
Working with ink is tricky. Some envelopes work, some don't. The thinner the envelope paper, the more probable the ink will spread and bleed, and I will not be able to address them. Tough firm envelopes are ideal for calligraphy ink. If you are not sure if the paper will work, you can always call the company you ordered your envelopes from, and they should be able to tell you if it works with calligraphy ink.
